Years 12 & 13 : Mastering Advanced Study

The move from KS4 to KS5 is a pivotal stage in every student’s academic journey. With greater independence and responsibility, many students thrive — yet it’s also a period where others encounter new challenges.

Under our new management, we are committed to strengthening the support offered to Year 12 students. Our Advanced Study Skills workshop has been refreshed to equip learners with the strategies, confidence, and resilience needed to excel throughout KS5. By focusing on practical, research‑backed learning techniques, we aim to help students develop independence and build habits that lead to long‑term success.

Students will explore key areas such as:

Year 13 : Finishing Strong

As Year 13 students approach their final exams, our Finishing Strong workshops focus on building resilience, wellbeing, and academic confidence for the crucial months ahead. This programme is designed to elevate motivation, sharpen concentration, and strengthen exam readiness.

 

Through practical strategies and proven study techniques, students learn how to refine their revision approach, take ownership of their learning, and perform at their best when it matters most.

Students explore topics such as:
