Years 10 & 11 : Small Changes, Big Results
The Small Changes Big Results programme is designed to support underperforming and borderline students in Years 10 and 11 who may be struggling to meet their academic targets.
Many of these learners experience challenges such as low confidence, limited resilience, or unhelpful beliefs about their abilities. Others wish to succeed but lack the independent learning strategies required to make meaningful progress. These barriers are common among students who are not yet achieving in line with their potential.
Working in partnership with schools across the UK, this programme provides targeted support to help students re‑engage with their learning and develop the skills necessary for sustained improvement. The workshop encourages pupils to challenge negative self‑perceptions and replace them with more constructive, growth‑oriented beliefs. Through structured activities and guided reflection, students learn how to approach new tasks with confidence and persistence.
The session introduces practical techniques that strengthen revision habits, enhance motivation, and build academic resilience. By developing a stronger Growth Mindset and learning how to change limiting beliefs, students gain a renewed sense of agency and belief in their capacity to succeed.
